Who is this programme for?

The SYN Strict Pull-Up Programme is designed for Athletes who have between 3-6 Strict Pull-Ups and are looking to progress their strength to performing double digit sets (10+)

Athlete's subscribing to this programme will:

  • Teach + develop the base of Scapula strength for efficient Pull-Ups
  • Address flexibility requirements for Pull-Ups
  • Progressively increase Power for bigger sets of Strict Pull-Ups
  • Iron out small muscular weaknesses in the shoulder.
  • Perform Prehab exercises to prevent common injuries from Pull-Up training including Elbow tendinitis & Shoulder impingement.
