SYN Mobility

SYN Mobility - Upper (Daily - 10-15 minutes)


SYN Mobility - UPPER - is a daily mobility plan primarily focusing on Lat Flexibility, T-Spine Extension and overhead strength.


Athletes following this plan will be building an increased passive range of motion & strength through all functions of the shoulder joint.


Athletes will also be progressively building their capabilities with upper body flexibility skills such as the Back Bend.


A small dose of lower body efforts are planned throughout the week on this plan.

The SYN Mobility - LOWER  (Daily - 10-15 minutes


SYN - Lower is a daily mobility plan primarily focused on developing Ankle, Hamstring & Hip Flexibility.


Athletes following this plan will be building an increased range of motion & strength through all functions of the Hip and Ankle joints.


Athletes will also be progressively building their capabilities with lower body flexibility skills such as compression to not only meet but extend past the demands of functional fitness skills such as Toes-to-Bar.


A small dose of upper body efforts are planned throughout the week on this plan.

SYN Mobility (Daily - 7 x 20-30 minutes)


SYN Mobility -   is a complete daily mobility plan designed for Athletes who are looking for regular, full body maintenance, or for athletes who don't have unique limitations, but are stiff throughout the entire body and Mobility needs to be a priority to increase performance.
